The Procedyne fluid bed catalyst activator is designed to completely and uniformly treat fine powdered catalyst at temperatures up to 1100°C. The fluid bed catalyst activator heats a catalyst powder to elevated temperature and exposes it to a reactive atmosphere.

    Procedyne fluid bed processors are used when it is necessary to heat a powder or granular food material. Our fluid bed food processors are constructed of stainless steel or other suitable alloy. The fluid bed food processor can operate from 60° up to 660°F (15-350°C) and offers excellent temperature uniformity and precise temperature control. Indirect heating provides high capacity and protection of the product.

    The fluid bed food processor is designed for to facilitate quick and easy cleanout after the product treatment is completed.
